Built by someone who has seen many systems
Our founder and CEO, Yusup Ngadimin, spent 20+ years building software: enterprise applications, web, mobile, cloud, AI, IoT, you name it. His last corporate role was CTO in a Singapore technology product company, and at peak he managed about 70 software engineers.
But somewhere along the way, he realized something: his real obsession doesn't stop just at systems. It was also with people. He started to see personalities like code. Patterns. Logic. Hidden bugs. Potential waiting to be unlocked. And that flipped a switch in him.
He began asking: If he can debug a system, can he help people understand their human code too? Today, he focuses on human "architecture", guiding professionals to decode who they are, rewire how they think, and rebuild careers that align with who they’re meant to be. As a founder, career coach, and former CTO, he merges information technology experience with insight into personal growth.
